dear Friends:
As the newly assigned Commanding Officer of the 112th Precinct, I am thrilled to be working in an area where the police and the community work together so closely. The importance of this partnership has been stressed time and time again. Not only is a strong tie between the police and the community it serves imperative to reducing crime and improving the Quality of Life, it also provides a conduit for interactions that are Courteous, Professional, and Respectful of each other.

I will continue the good works of my predecessor, Deputy Inspector Philbin, and will continue to fight crime and stress community involvement. I look forward to meeting with all of you at the many events and meetings scheduled throughout the year.
