I threw my back last month, and I live on the top floor (need I say more?!).....I did, however, get shut out of the parking area this summer because (after five years of never being late), my monthly fee was ONE DAY late though.   

I know exactly what you have been thru.

I am on the fourth floor and without the use of an elevator I become frustrated very quickly.

Unfortunately we have no control over our HOA Fees.  There has been no financial  compensation in our HOA Fees for those of us who really need the use of  an elevator.

Try and contract your HOA Board of Directors..... they have never answered any of my

5 requests to meet.

I am very disappointed in what has been happening at Stanton 4433.

As soon as I can afford to sell my condo, it will be placed on the market.

Have you had problems with people using your parking spot?

This is Irene I am not on the board but do know everyone on the board.  Elevator in building A is finally working. Hopefully others are going to get fixed asap. Not sure what unit you are in or if you are in front or in the back property but if you care to give me your information I can attempt to give it to one of the board members in person. Or you can ask in the office when they meet, just show up to their meeting!
