Neighborhood Contacts
The 7 & 40 Alliance is an umbrella group under New Castle County. It's purpose is to bring together residents and business owners in the area surrounding routes 7 and 40 to work together to increase and maintain the quality of life and business in the area. We meet at the Bear Library in the Governor's Plaza Shopping Center at 7:00 pm on the first Monday of every month. The meetings are open to the public and new members are welcome.
