The environment, or neighborhood, in which we live has a tremendous impact on our outlook on life and our investment.
Maintaining a neighborhood is the responsibility of stakeholders-businesses, churches, individuals and the various city departments. Every neighborhood must have certain standards--standards that the city commits to enforcing, standards to which each resident commits to adhering.
Ensuring the health, welfare and safety of the community is the mission of the Community Standards Council. By maximizing all available resources, this council seeks to eliminate activities that infringe upon the rights of others and address concerns of the community.
