Some items brought up in "New Business" are:

The officers for the 2007-2008 year will be:
Virginia Wallace, Evelyn Bellamy, Val White, John Hale, and Rhonda Brown.

A directory of everyone in the Addison Timbers Homeowners Association will be published within the next few weeks. This will include the owners and/or tenants in each home.

An association party is in the planning stages and time and place will be announced within the next few weeks. The months of September or October were the preferred months to have an outdoor gathering due to the weather.

Please be responsible to yourself and to your neighbors to continue to keep a pretty and uncluttered neighborhood. Make sure your home is kept painted, clean, and inviting. Think of the up-keep of your home as if you were looking for a home - would you look at your home and want to buy it? Keep your flower beds clean, vines off of the houses, and bushes trimmed.

Trash and gabage is picked up on Monday and Thursday mornings. Recycling is picked up on Monday only. Do not put out your trash and/or garbage until the night before pickup or before 7:00 a.m. on the day of pickup.

Be aware of the times your sprinklers are running. With all the rain we have had, our lawns do not need sprinkling daily. Please do not run your sprinkler on Friday mornings - this interferes with the lawn maintenance. it is hard to edge and mow when your sprinklers are running.
