What are the covenants?

The DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTICTIONS ON AND FOR MIDWAY MEADOWS RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ZERO-LOT-LINE SINGLE FAMILY is a binding agreement, recorded as part of the deed of every address within the association. It outlines conditions and restrictions on and for our association and its members and serves as the basis of the association's existence.

What are the by-laws?

The BYLAWS OF ADDISON TIMBERS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, are the rules under which the association operates.
