Process For Obtaining Documentation

Those addresses listed as HOMES WITHIN THE ASSOCIATION on this web site are mandatory members of this association by recorded covenant.

There may be unpaid dues or liens for unpaid amounts owed to the association.

The association will complete the required forms for title insurance companies when a home within the association is being sold to one of your applicants.

There is a transfer fee of $100.00 payable to Addison Timbers HOA. This fee is to be paid at the time of closing. Mailing address for payment of transfer fees is PO Box 1603, Addison, TX 75001.

General Information Regarding The Association

Association Dues are $400.00 per year.

Dues are payable at the first of the calender year.

There is no commonly held property.

Hazard insurance is carried by the individual homeowner, not the association.
