Question: Can I call the Sheriff's Office 'anonymously' about a neighbor that keeps parking their car in the yard?

Answer: Yes.

 It would be good to let the neighbor know that it is illegal first, they may not be aware of the laws

but ignorance of the law is no excuse, the Sheriff's Deputy will enforce the law!
