ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTIONS

To be held at 1848 Bachman Ct.

The annual homeowners general meeting and elections will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Three board positions are to be filled and they are as follows:

VICE PRESIDENT - two year term. Current Vice President is Samer Keilani who is running again. The Vice President?’s duties include supporting the President and filling in whenever necessary.

SECRETARY - a two year term. Current Secretary is Marty Cohen who is running again. The Secretary attends the quarterly Board meetings and takes minutes.

MEMBER AT LARGE - a two year term. Current Member at Large is Mike Challender who is NOT running again. The Member at Large attends board meetings and serves as a liaison between the board and the homeowners.

In order to qualify to run for a position, nominate a candidate, and/or to vote - you must be a homeowner and in good standing with the homeowner?’s association (annual dues paid and current).

It is expected that David Tatum (one of our newer residents) will run for one of these positions. The Board is excited about the possibility of him joining our team. He has already proven himself to be an enthusiastic and eager participant in our association!

It is essential that all homeowners return the proxy - whether you plan on attending the meeting or not.

Please complete the form when it is mailed to you prior to the meeting and return to:

Or call 972-985-3834 and Cheryl will arrange to have someone pick it up from you. Easy!

If you then attend the meeting on September 20, 2005, the proxy will be destroyed. But we need it in case you cannot attend for any reason so the voting may proceed. Board positions must be filled!
