The board is prepared to make a lot of improvements to our neighborhood and we are looking for professionals in particular areas to help us get the jobs done. We are searching for a painter, plumber, concrete repair and a roofer (preferably someone who deals with cedar shake roofs). If anyone is interested in bidding for available jobs or knows someone in these fields who may be interested, please contact Steven Bott at 770-516-7069 or Karen Sweet at 770-926-0484.

We are planning a neighborhood work day for sometime in April. Look for the date on the community bulletin board at the entrance to the subdivision..

The next board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 13. All residents are welcome to attend.
