Spring Newsletter
¨ Diane, Miriam and Ron wrote articles for the newsletter. Pat & Diane brought in recipes for the newsletter.
¨ The rough draft should be ready for our March meeting.
¨ We will label the newsletter at our April meeting.

Spring General Meeting
¨ The meeting will be Wednesday, May 2 at Moreland School
¨ We would like to have 3 speakers at the Spring General Meeting.
* Mayor – Dave Meisinger
* New Director of Community Development – Rick Jopke
* Dakota County Attorney – James Backstrom
* Other speakers could be someone from the Chamber of Commerce, Robert Street Business Assoc, or the School Board
¨ We will decide on the refreshments and snacks at the March meeting. Someone suggested cookies instead of cake this time.
¨ Shelly has gift certificates and a $50.00 savings bond for door prizes
¨ We will elect Resident Council Members

Stationary
¨ Betty will order 250 sheets in buff with preprinted envelopes and bring a receipt to the next meeting. This will be paid for out of our city account.

Name Badges
¨ Betty will get them from mailboxes etc. and bring a receipt to the next meeting.
This will be paid for out of our city account.

Garage sale
¨ We will eliminate the city wide garage sale as a fundraiser for our area.
¨ We will change this savings account into a checking account, so we can pay for things (babysitters, supplies, and refreshments) from this account and then reimburse this account from the city account. John will bring information from local banks about opening a checking account to the next meeting. We suggested Anchor Bank.
