This defendant is also under investigation for stalking the manager of a Chimney Lakes Area business and Police believe that the PEEPING-TOM / PROWLER may have followed victims to their homes from that business to find out where they lived. Persons who commit sex crimes are difficult to stop. Their crime has the highest rate of recidivism (commit another sex crime after jail time) of any recorded category. The business manager is understandably embarrassed because she has been trying to remove this defendant from her life for the past 4 years. She is also a victim of his crimes and has obtained numerous Court Ordered Injunctions against this defendant. More cannot be said at this time due to a pending investigation.
This defendant has the obsession of spying on women and young girls, even breaking into a home to do so.
Time frame of incidents (Approximately): July 2000 until January 2002
Chimney Lakes Neighborhoods Affected: Trappers Creek, Marsh Glenn 2, Cross Timbers and Copperfield.
