Go-Peds Illegal on Streets / Kiddie Motorcycles not for Kids

Police tell us that it is illegal to drive Go Peds (motorized skateboards with a handle) on the street. They can be driven on private property only.
As for those little "kiddie" motorcycles (less than 50cc's), they are street legal, but cannot be drivien on sidewalks or bike paths. Additionally, operators of these kiddie motorcycles MUST be 16 years old.
