If you have questions or concerns that need to be addressed by the board, please contact Jim or Elise at HOA Management Corp - they will make sure it gets on the agenda for the next board meeting.  Board meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm (provided there will be a quorum), and are open to residents (please let Elise or Jim know you plan to attend).  An annual Home Owners' Meeting is held early in the year to go over Finncials and for Board elections.
