NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING 2005 Dear homeowner:

We had a great year in the neighborhood. Thanks for being a part of it.

Please allow this letter to serve as notification that the next Annual Meeting of the homeowners of Audubon Ridge will be

held on Sunday, January 9, 2005 at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held in the meeting room at the Little Sister of the Poor

located at the corner of Illinois Avenue and Audubon Plaza Drive. The following will be on the agenda:

?• Elect new officer(s) as needed. President, Treasurer, and Secretary be replaced.
?• Update on proposed changes to the Audubon Ridge Deed of Restrictions.
?• Discuss any problem and issues to be acted upon.
?• Blockwatch Update
?• Presentation by DaySpring regarding future developments

We certainly hope you can come to the meeting so that you can better know what is happening in your neighborhood and

meet your neighbors. This is a chance for your voice to be heard. See you at the meeting.
