Message from Donna Neill
Dear NAILEM members,
I went to superior court today for the last of the defendants on the
methamphetamine lab in Westwood Community.
We went before Judge Jeffrey Hotman.
I spoke about the long term of this property, its' blight, and it's effect on the neighborhood. This was the defendant's 4th or 5th offense. We asked that the defendant be banned from travel into this neighborhood.
This Judge replied, " Absolutely not", and spent about 20 minutes with the defendant, giving no credence to the testimony of families and children in the community.
Remember the name Judge Jeffrey Hotman next time elections come up. He is not neighborhood friendly. He will not get my vote!
