GCVNA One of Two District 5 Fight Back Groups for 2002-2003

GCVNA has been awarded a 'Fight Back' Grant from
the city of Phoenix. We will have at least $45,000.00 to spend on improving our neighborhood, and city staffers working for us ! But where do we start - there are so many possibilities....

Josie Romero will be the guest speaker at our next
neighborhood association meeting on Tuesday, June
18th at 7pm. This is our chance to ask questions as to how and what kinds of things we can do with the money.

Unfortunately, we were notified after our newsletter went to print, so I am asking that you please spread the word, and encourage all of your neighbors to attend this months meeting and come with questions or ideas on what would help improve our neighborhood.
