The HOA has established the following committees:

Architectural Design Review - approves residential landscaping and structural improvements by homeowners

Landscaping ?– recommends changes, improvements, maintenance to common area landscaping and structures.

Block Watch/Security ?– concerned with the safety and security issues within the community.

Finance & Budget ?– develops annual budget, suggests spending and investment options.

Community Spirit ?– encourages community spirit, hosts events and activities. Publishes newsletter
