Dallas' second in command, FBI Asst Special Agent Luis Fraticelli spoke on Homeland Security.

He also confirmed that the FBI continues to investigate corruption within the City of Dallas.

Please remember when the FBI released info that City Council Member Al Lipscomb accepted bribes from Nick Rizos. Given the fact that Nick's Caligula XXI was not the only business that had no inspections for over seven years, we feel certain that other clubs were also paying bribes, and from the looks of some of the outcomes below, probably still are. (Chief Bolton was the Deputy Chief at Northwest during that time)
