Mayor Miller met with City Attorney Madeleine Johnson and others to review potential changes to the Permit, License & Appeal Board.
This came as a result of the 2-22-02 PLAB Hearing where two of the three panel members completely disregarded City Ordinances and voted to give Baby Dolls Topless Saloon a dance hall license.
We think we need a 15-member PLAB, similar to the Plan Commission.
