Your association paid SDG&E to do the engineering that will let us know what it might cost to underground the utility poles and wires in the Barber Norte Undergrounding District. When they finish, the phone folks and the cable people will do their study and cost estimates. Meanwhile the City Council Land Use Committee has some work to do to arrange for an assessment district.
