1]Parking on unsurfaced areas such as grass
or dirt is prohibited.
2]Allowable parking at single unit dwellings is
limited to surfaced areas. Surfaced areas are
defined as follows:
-a layer of road base material composed of
gravel. The layer must be 4 inches in thickness
-a concrete surface
-an asphalt surface
3]At a single unit dwelling, one vehicle in the
rear yard is permitted to be stored provided it is
not dismantled or wrecked. You may store only one
car that is not operable and licensed. Tires must
be kept inflated.
4]A wrecked vehicle involved in an insurance
claim may be stored temporarily provided it is
covered with a fitted car cover.
5]For multiple unit dwellings, as well as
businesses, parking is restricted to paved surfaces.
