Future Plans For Future Panels

The next panel to be created will be to the right of this first panel and will be designed by Art Lofton. The size of the panel is 8?’ x 30?’. We are hoping to complete it by the beginning of 2002.

Other plans including seeking additional funding from PRO Neighborhoods, TPAC and various foundations. Arthur Lofton and Michele Ream have also starting talking with Jen Sandler of Youth Opportunities?’ (YO) Art In Realitiy Program about the possibility of partnering on a future panel. This seems like an ideal partnership since El Membrillo is located in the YO target area and they already work with youth. This could provide an opportunity for youth to learn art skills in a community setting. Stay tuned for details.
