NEW BCR VS. GOOD CASE

The Good's (parcel 12) filed a new complaint against BCR on February 5, 2003 in Arapahoe County Court. The Good's complaint requested the court to declare the BCR Fifth Amendment to the Convenants (the "guest house" amendment) as invalid and void. The BCR attorney filed to dismiss the case stating the complaint was submitted to the wrong court and county. The judge granted the dismissal.
