DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

Spring is just around the corner. Please remember that all exterior modifications need to be approved by the DRC. Exterior modifications include but are not limited to air conditioners, windows, tree removal and planting, fences, sheds, decks, hot tubs, etc.

LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW

We would like to take this opportunity to remind homeowners that you are responsible for shoveling the walks that back up to your home. This is in accordance with the City and County of Denver Ordinance. The City can fine an individual owner for non-compliance. More importantly, we want to keep our community better for all of us. Please remember to shovel your walks.

ENFORCEMENT POLICY

Attached is a copy of Bear Creek Homeowner Association Enforcement Policy. Please keep this policy with your other important documents for future reference. If you have any questions, please contact Tyler Community Management or any Board member.

1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust (from 15-ounce package), softened as directed on package
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
One 15.1-ounce package Pillsbury Thick n?’ Fudgy Hot Fudge Swirl Deluxe Brownie Mix
?¼ cup oil
2 tablespoons water
?½ cup chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare piecrust as directed on package for one-crust-filled pie using 9-inch pie pan.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and one of the eggs; beat until smooth. Set aside.
Reserve hot-fudge packet from brownie mix for topping. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, 1 tablespoon of the water, and remaining 2 eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon.
Spread ?½ cup brownie mixture in bottom of crust-lined pan. Spoon and carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer. Top with remaining brownie mixture; spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans.
