Annual General Meeting - Holiday Social

Our Annual General Meeting/Holiday Social was held on Wednesday, December 15th, at the Smitty's Restaurant on Carrollwood Drive. The 2005 Board was elected at this meeting. We understand that some residents were unable to attend this meeting and would have liked the opportunity to vote. In the future, ballots will be distributed to all residents prior to the meeting allowing you to cast your ballot even though your schedule may not allow you to attend the meeting. That said, all residents were afforded the opportunity to nominate themselves or another for the board. In all, seven residents were nominated. Usually, five members are selected by vote to serve. However, as a result of a tie vote, all seven will serve on the 2005 Board.

We would like to welcome Terry Bordelon, Larry Clarke, Walter Prince and Charlotte Wells to the Board. We would also like to thank Mike Brazil, Lori Mabile and Kristie Smith for continuing to serve and represent the homeowners. Special thanks go to Barry Mader who served as our President last year and who will continue to be involved and does a wonderful job with our lakes. THANK YOU BARRY! Your hard work and continued support are greatly appreciated.
