Friendly Reminder (Sorry, It's Our Duty)

Keep in mind, those of us that have volunteered to serve on this Board are your neighbors and friends. We do not wish to be the "bad guys" or have to "police" our friends to make sure that the by-laws are adhered to by all. However, it is part of the job and cannot be ignored. So we ask you, as your friends, help us, help you. We will periodically post reminders and trust you will correct the situation should it apply to you. That said, here is the first set of reminders:


1. Habitual or extended parking of commercial vehicles in front of any residence, in a driveway or otherwise, is prohibited unless the vehicles are necessary to the construction of the residence.

2. Habitual or extended parking of any vehicle in the street or on a vacant lot is also prohibited.

3. There is a parish ordinance that prohibits basketball goals from being placed in or near the street.
