I would like a two story apartment build next door to my house.
During the Belmont plan we were asked, where should the condos be placed first, we stated Hawthorne, and we believed Piedmont Courts would be replaced with two hundren and fourty-two units affordable, for some of the returning residents, store fronts on Parkwood Avenue, no one mentioned placing these condos or two level apartments in the middle of our housing stock. So, what do you think? would you like to live near a new condo priced at one million plus dollars and your home valued at less than 80 thousand dollars?
