Spring Cleaning !!

End of February

The new year is here, and it will soon be time to do our spring cleaning, from the inside of our Homes to the outside. The end of February is a great time to get all your plans together for your outdoor projects, wether small or large plan something Beautiful for your yard decor! Even small things can add a bit of serinity at the end of the day for your eyes to see, and to help beautify the neighborhood! Its like at Christmas when you see a few lights on one house, I always think well if everyone just had a few lights how beautiful it would be! Every little bit makes a difference and I cant wait to see the spring in our community!! Happy New year everyone.....

Stray Pets?

First off I would like to say if anyone has lost a pet please contact the Memphis Humane Society, because if they pick your pet up & their not picked up in 3 days, they will usually put your pet to sleep :( & also if you see any stray animals in good condition, I would suggest trying to rescue the pet as long as the pet is not "MEAN OR WILD" And put up some flyers and also let the shelter know you have found the pet in case someone calls to look for their pet, If a animal seems to be lurking around and looks bad and abused then please do call the Animal shelter, They will sometimes try & save the pets but sometimes mostly not, But I hate to see animals Hungry and roaming an area to end up raod kill!! Neighborhood Watch

I know now today a lot of people choose not to be very social, and thats ok, But it should not keep us from at least knowing what is or is not normal in and around a neighbors home, I say if anything looks suspicious always call and ask the Police to drive by, they will normaly do so & do not mind, I want our community to be as safe as possible, So I say a Good nosey neighbor is great!! Especialy when watching out late at night out the windows when something looks suspicious, I ask all of you please be more nosey! Its a Good thing always better safe than sorry :)
