My Wish

I don't want to bully neighbors into cleaning up their
backyards or removing cars that don't work anymore. I wish
all the neighbors in Berkeley would take a step forward in
becoming more active in policing their community. You may
know of a home that is occupied by a resident that does not
keep their property clean. You may also know of a senior
who lives on your block who may need help with removing snow
off the sidewalk. YOU are the one who needs to make a
decision on whether to help with a snow shovel or place a
call to a Neighborhood Response Center. Taking
responsibility is not necessarily being a bully, it can be a
positive change in our community, for the better!
