54TH STREET PROJECT

New sidewalks for residents on 54th Avenue between Lowell
Blvd. and Federal Blvd. Drive by and see what a great job
is being done to improve our neighborhood. Residents of
Berkeley can enjoy a nice walk or know that when the spring
rains come their basement won't be flooded. Looks like a
two-thumbs up for this block. Maybe we can get other blocks
to go for a grant.
