Neighborhood Resource Center wants to encourage you to have a block party this fall, so they are providing a "party pack" to help you get started. A party pack contains 10 copies of the Good Neighboring Resource Guide, a block map, when it is completed return it to N R C and we will make you free copies for your block and a party certificate from Safeway. The certificate provides paper plates, plastic forks, spoons, cups and a gallon of ice cream. Ask for the "Good Neighboring Resource Guide" available at your Safeway stores and State Farm Insurance offices, applications are on the back cover. Certificates are good until October 31.
