1) Jeff Horn was elected to fill the vacant seventh board positon.
2) The REACH Miniature Golf fundraiser has been cancelled.
3) 7-11 will address our neighborhoods concerns, about a proposed Greenback/Mariposa store, at our August 17th meeting.- 4) Drawings and artists renderings of a proposed change to an AT&T cellular tower, located in the Sunrise Village Shopping Center were
reviewed by the association membership.
5) The Red, White and Blue Parade Area 11 entry won first prize in the
Neighborhood Association category, scoring a prize of $100. The
association has decided to use the money for a barbeque to be held in San Juan Park on either September 17th or 24th.
6) Meeting attendees provided their input as to where we would like to see a street sign topper placed.
7) Our gardening tools have been purchased and were shown, at the meeting.
8) Our Green team proposed some actions our association could pursue.
9) City Councilman Mel Turner described his background and some of the city council current issues.
