Is anyone else concerned about the Carnecaria on 27th Ave and Campbell? It's bad enough that they painted it a hideous blue, but they consistently fail to maintain the property.

There's often trash on the property, overgrown weeds, and a the block landscaping wall in the front is in disrepair. To make matters works, they allow others to sell food on their property.

 I plan to file a blighted property complaint.

The owners have cleaned up the weeds and trash for now. I will still file a complaint for the vendors they allow on their property.
