This Home Owners Association (HOA) is not a deed restricted community.

Our community has existed for more than 30 years. We have approximately 256 single family homes. Our HOA  was established by Calvin Stewart who previously reside at 10984 Bonnelly Dr.  Jacksonville,  FL 32218,  however he was unable to get the home owners to assembly together as a community.

At present Pastor Mark and Sharon Bivins who reside at 1051 Easy St. has taken the opportunity to revitalize the HOA.  Since HOA has legal authority  to enforce mandatory membership, fees and deed or covenat restriction it is prudent to consider our association as a  Neighborhood Association (NA) or a Property Owners Association (POA).

They were encouraged by home owners who wanted to preserve the integrity of the neighborhood and stop the neighborhood degradation.

Our Goal

Our association purpose is to promote a sense of community, enhance the livability of the neighborhood, protect neighborhood character and quality of life for the residents and home owners.

Maintain a safe crime free community and preserve property values.

To stand together providing a stronger voice as a community verses an individual for better access to city services.

Insure rental property owners and their tenants maintain the atmosphere that attracted them to invest in our neighborhood and their tenants to make our neighborhood a temporary home.
