Welcome to Blue Lake Civic Club

Blue Lake Civic Club, Inc. is a Non-Profit Corporation. The purpose of this organization is to review all matters relating to the welfare and property values of those persons residing in Cypress Point Subdivision, and to advise those entites vested with enforcement powers established under the pertinent deed restrictions. Blue Lake Civic Club shalll work in conjunction with these entities to promote the general welfare and property values of the community and in cases where those entities fail to take steps to enforce the deed restrictions, this corporation will act in its stead. Blue Lake Civic Club will support and promote community activities favorable to the continued growth and prosperity Cypress Point.

Membership

Membership of Blue Lake Civic Club is open to all record owners of real property in Cypress Point Subdivision. Record Property Owner is defined as those adults (18 years of age or older) appearing on the recorded deed of ownership.
