My wife and I recently purchased a house in the neighborhood. A sign just went up in the front of the entrance "Have you paid your dues?" The answer to this question is no. And I haven't the slightest clue on who to pay and how much the dues are. Can someone help me out. Steven |

Nope, I have been here for 3 years and have no clue as to who the money goes to or what it is used for. I do know that its not used for neighborhood programs.
