Bonnie Brae 12'th Annual Picnic a Success!

Thanks to Those who Helped!

We hope you were able to attend our 12?’th annual picnic in late August. As always, it turned out nice and was a highlight of the year for the neighborhood. We had great give-a-ways, great food, great entertainment, and a great time visiting for all.

Special thanks are in order:

Local realtors Barb Drews, Dave Craven, Greg VanBuskirk and Robin Adamson helped pay for the event.

Barb Drews also prepared and organized most of the food.

Local BBQ Chefs Dejan Damjanovic and Dave Bell cooked brats, dogs & burgers.

Bonnie Brae Tavern provided pizzas.

The Campus Lounge provided ice.

Bonnie Brae Ice Cream provided two tubs of delectable ice cream.

Bonnie Brae Liquor Mart provided beer and Capri Coffee donated coffee.

The Denver Police Mounted Patrol and Fire Department both came by.

Other merchants donated great prizes for the free raffle (see page 3 for list).

The Denver Concert Band provided great music (it?’s too bad more people did not stay for it) and did it at a very good price.
