It's a Great Way to Meet Your Neighbors

You don't have to wait for the annual picnic to catch up with your friends! The Bonnie Brae Wine Group meets on the third Saturday of every month in a different hosts' home. You don't need to know anything about wine, but it is a great way to stay in touch with friends and neighbors. Neighborhood Fieldtrip to Colorado Wine Country

There are plans afoot to take a field trip in June 2008 to the Colorado Wine Country. Here is some of the information:

Where: Colorado Wine Country; Grand Junction, Colorado


When: June 13th to 15th
OR June 20th to 22th

Accommodations: Hawthorne Suites, downtown Grand Junction(average room rate $109-129 night)
On Main Street, within walking distance of shops and restaurants

Activities:Special promotions, discounts, tours, etc. from several of the wineries in the Grand Junction/Palisade area are being planned now! For group fun, we can:
Tour wineries “Caravan Style” with BBWG members
Meet fellow BBWG members for one dinner and one breakfast

Other Activities Include:
Hiking, Biking, Fishing in the Grand Mesa National Forest
Touring the Colorado National Monument
Raft and Float trips on the Colorado River
Exploring Peach Orchards
Shopping on Grand Junction’s charming, quaint Main St.
An unbelieveably awesome, scenic drive along the Dolores River

AND…just a chance to have a fun weekend and get to know our fellow BBWG members better!!!
