Benchmark Homes has purchased the remaining two lots at the end of Green Brook Place from the developer and both of those lots have already been sold.
Having another builder of similar style and quality to Pulte was our second best option since Pulte was unwilling to complete the buildout. The two new homes will be in the $240K - 260K price range and will fit in nicely with the other homes in the neighborhood.
