As you may know by now, Brandywine is working very hard to maintain higher standards on the look and feel of the community. Many homes in the past have not been maintained. Currently we have mailed out 15 letters encouraging neighbors to maintain their property. We have received several complaints.
Here are the biggest
Trash/Bulky large items on Property used for storage, overgrown lawns/ tall weeds, noisy animals, large boats, or motorhomes on private, and public property, broken down vehicles, and public sidewalks blocked.
We ask that all residents do their part as good neighbors. Take care of your property. It is your responsibility.
