The Ben is one of the committees of the Brennan Estates Associaton Residents.Ben is the communication arm of the B.E.A.R. Ben was founded and created by Lawrence Brown in July 2001.Neighbors in the Meadows section of Brennan Estates Met at Lawrence's house 37 lotus Circle North and joined the Civic Association.The community Association was founded by Lawrence Brown May 19,2001.He went around the community and gathered signatures for the Civic association.
The first editor of the Ben was Terri Wunshel.Terri designed the format of The Ben and Printed the 1st edition in August 2001.Terri Started"BEN Notes". Terri Wunschel and Dr, Jeanne Geiger-Brown were co-editors of our newsletter.Terri and Robbie Wunschel relocated and the Ben was dormat .The new editor of our newsletter is Kelley Bennett.She volunteered at our Brennan Estates Association meeting in the summer of 2003 to restart our newsletter(BEN).All neighbors are encouraged to join BEN and contribute to our model community.
