New Businesses In The Neighborhood

There is a "New Walgreens" at 16244 South Post Oak on the corner of Court Road and South Post Oak that opened for business on August 16, 2002. The
Walgreens chain is one of the better pharmacy store in Houston and it will help generate revenue for our commuinty, at the some time it will stenghten our neighborhood economically.

Briar Villa South II and all of the surrounding subdivisions will benefit from this new store.

Just Down The Road On South Post Oak

There is another pharmacist coming to our community. The "CVS/pharmacy" will be opening on October 13, 2002 at 5510 West Orem and South Post Oak. This pharamcy is within three miles of Briar Villa South II subdivision.

These new businesses shows stablility in our area. And this is only the beginning.

A New H-E-B Grocery Store

There will be a new H-E-H store at Fuqua and the Beltway 8 that is scheduled to to open in the spring of 2003. This new H-E-B will be the only major grocery retailer in the area.
