Area Representatives
Responsibilities
* Deliver flyers of neighborhood meetings and events
* Represent your area at neighborhood meetings
* Introduce yourself to the neighbors in your area
* Gather information for the neighborhood directory - current names, addresses, phone number, & e-mail addresses
* Report to the president of the neighborhood association any area information needing attention by the association
* Coordinate all social activities for the area
* Welcome new neighbors on your area
* Report any deaths in the area to the president (followed by a condolence card signed by officers and block captain)
