Money Being Returned to Companies & Organizations

There are a number of companies
and organizations that have donated money for scholarships for
African American's. A great deal of money is being returned because of
a lack of interest. AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENTS ARE NOT APPLYING FOR
SCHOLARSHIPS!
