Neighborhood Problem Letters

Addressing the Issues of Neighborhood Problems

One of the ways Brookside Neighborhood Association has take to make the Neighborhood better and safer is to issue letters to problem addresses stating the problem reported at the address the consquences of the problem and making a request for contact and meeting with the responsible parties to discuss methods of resolving the issues. For certain reasons if you have a problem address (noise violation, trash, high traffic, suspected drug use) it must be with in the area of Brookside Neighborhood Association, and the person reporting must give their name and a viable method of contact. Anonymous Reports will be forwarded to the proper agencies but will not generate a letter from the Association.

In order for the Neighborhood Association to send a letter this is what we must have:
Items with * are mandatory

*Your name

*Your Address

*Your phone number
(THIS INFORMATION WE MUST HAVE BUT IT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN ANY LETTER)

*Address of problem property (be specific)

Names (if known)

Name of Owner (if known and different from above)

*Problem (be specific)

*What you have already done (reported to what agency-If Police report has been made CAD nymber if you have it. Mayors Action Line incident number if you have it)
