In March, when the current board took over the Association, the outstanding dues that were owed to the Association, along with late fees and late dues was $19,623.85. The Association has since collected $10,400.35. The outstanding dues still owed to the Association at $9,223.50. WE WANT TO THANK ALL HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE COMPLIED WITH THE MANDATORY DUES. Your continued support is needed to ensure the running of the Association is handled in a smooth and orderly manner.

Our current balance on account is $11,665.42.

THE BUDGET PROPOSED AT THE SEPTEMBER MEETING WAS PASSED ON OCTOBER 7, 2002.

The funds have been allotted as follows.

ATTORNEY?’S FEES: $4000.00
LAWN CARE AND UPKEEP: $4500.00
INSURANCE: $2000.00
IMPROVEMENTS: $1000.00

REMAINING AMOUNT: $665.42
