1. Adding a Fountain to the Retention Pond. The fountain will ensure that the water continues to circulate, allowing for a cleaner healthier pond.
2. Adding an entrance sign to the back entrance on Homard Blvd.
3. Adding landscaping to the front and rear entrances, as well as the common area "dimple" on Brookwood Bluff Rd E.
