Too Many Violations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are once again having a problem with the cars that are parking on the streets overnight! In our covenants it states that we have no overnight parking! This does mean that by midnight there should be NO vehicles on the street. Most of us are following this with no problem but there are a few that will begin to receive citations regarding this. We are working with an attorney to implement the citations that will be used in the near future for violators. Also, please DO NOT PARK on the area of grass between your street and sidewalk as this causes rutts and is an eyesore. Your association board is working on policies to police issues arising from violation to our covenants and restrictions. We are doing this to ensure the values in our neighborhood remains strong! IF anyone needs a copy of the covenants plese feel free to contact one of your board members. Please work with us on this matter. Our restrictions are few and are clearly stated in our covenants. Parking is just one of the ongoing complaints that we receive on a regular basis. Lets all work together to be the best neighbor that we can be!!!
