A reminder that the City Budget Hearing will be held on Saturday May 14th from 10Am-Noon, at the Jackson School.
SEUL fundraiser- Steve Hoyt gave out announcements for the “Flick And a Slice” annual fundraiser to benefit SEUL. It will be held on Wednesday May 11th, at the Laurelhurst Theatre (SE28th & Burnside. There are 5 films to choose from, and 50% of all concession sales will go to SEUL.
WAMO-Susan Lindsay recapped the attempt by PPS to sell off remaining land at WAMO site without citizen input vis a vis a Citizen’s Advisory committee.
Roadside Attraction- All efforts in resolving the conflict between neighbours and owners of the planned “Roadside Attraction” have been put on hold, wile the RA team attempts to address a myriad of zoning violations and liquor license application.
